Knee High Boots and Turtle Necks
My all-time favorite Fall outfit. If you're going outside, just add a lapel coat and you're good to go!

The skirt I have in my photo was a velvet pull ring zip from F21 which is not available anymore. This was the closest in terms of looks that I found from F21. The material is stretchy and has the same look and feel like the one I wore. You can also dress it up with a button up or t-shirt.

Just like the mini skirt, I purchased my boots from Marshalls, and the next week they were gone! But luckily enough, knee-high boots are easy to find because they are a big fall trend this year. I selected this one from Forever 21 and they have a very similar look like the ones I have.

Living in Southern California, the weather rarely gets that cold. That's why this is a perfect sweater for the cool California winter. The material is quite thin, so you don't need to worry about sweating when you're walking in 80 degrees weather in the middle of December.
I'm a big mock and turtleneck fan this season, but I will admit, the turtleneck is a cute look... But you need to get used to being choked out by the collar.
Still... Worth it.
